The story of the short boat started
in Landsberg. Together with AKC-founder Holger Machatscheck,
ESKIMO developed
the “TOPOLINO”
with a length of 220 cm. At a time when 4 meter kayaks
were predominant this short boat marked a revolution
in white water kayaking..
Mike Hierl is one
of the first paddlers
to discovered the potential of the TOPOLINO
